This dish is similar to the previous emergency tapa. It is also excellent as an appetizer or a starter.
You will need (makes about 20):
1 baguette
2 small tomatoes
1 spring onion
4 small tins of tuna fish
1 green pepper
olive oil
How to cook:
1. Thinly slice the baguette
2. Tip the tuna into a bowl and mix with a little olive oil
3. Finely chop the tomatoes, sping onion and pepper
4. Add these to the tuna and mix well
5. Add a little more oil and season with salt
6. Spread the mixture onto the bread and drizzle oil over the completed dish
