This quick and easy dish is ideal at any time of the day, but is especially popular at breakfast time
You will need:
Fresh bread, cut into slices
Two or three tomatoes
Garlic
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt
Serrano Ham, thinly sliced
How to cook:
1. Cut one clove of garlic in half and rub over the bread to cover evenly (you don't need much!)
2. Cut the tomatoes in half and rub over the slices of bread, use half a tomato for each slice
3. Season with a little salt
4. Drizzle generously with olive oil
5. Serve with thin slices of Serrano Ham
