A delicious way to serve any cold beef, left over from Sunday lunch!
You will need:
Piece of cold beef
1 small jar of capers
1 small onion
Salt
Pepper
mayonnaise / Salad cream
Olive oil
How to cook:
1. Shred or finely chop the beef and onion
2. Place in a bowl with the capers and a drizzle of olive oil.
3. Season with salt and pepper
4. Put a generous spoonful of mayonnaise or salad cream into the bowl and mix well.
5. Serve on a bed of lettuce and tomatoes (or any other salad ingredients you like)
