1 chorizo picante (spicy cured sausage)
1 chorizo dulce (sweet cured sausage)
1 salchichon (mildly spiced cured pork sausage)
1 longaniza campera (cured pork sausage packed with local herbs)
How to cook:
1. Slice all of the sausages very thinly
2. Arrange on a wooden board
3. Combine with olives, tomatoes and fruit for a satisfying tapas dish
